I have been performing professional home inspections since 1994. Since October 2007 I have been serving as the Building and Zoning Inspector for for the City of Rincon, GA. I am certified on the International Residential Code, which has been adopted by the State of Georgia. See Georgia's Construction Codes. I am committed to obtaining continuing education.
